Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. If your age is between 14 to 17 then recommended amount of sleep is 8 to 10 hours, if you’re adult then 7 to 8 hours sleep is enough.
8. Cheat meals
Cheat meal is like reward for those people who follow their diet strictly. It’s ok to have one meal in a week & according to psychology cheat meal once in a week will not harm your health and helps you to stay motivate.
9. Celebrate yourself
Be sure to reward yourself for all the hard
work you put in. For example, treat yourself to a massage or a facial after 30
days of consistent exercise. Or, get that cool pair of sneakers that you’ve had
your eye on after you’ve completed your first 5k race.
