The exam also gives you a chance to talk examiner about your any on-going pain or symptoms that you’re experiencing or any other health issue that you might have.

2.  Set your Goals that Motivate you

When you set a goals for yourself, it is important that they motivate you; this means making sure that they are important to you, and that there is value in achieving them. Your goal may be to lose weight, gain muscle, reduce stress, or some combination of all those.

 3. Talk to a Personal Trainer

Why personal trainer? Personal trainer is important because they have power to educate you, they help to perfect your form, they help you set long-term realistic goals.  7. Sleeping

Sleep is an essential function that allow your body and mind to recharge, living you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Sleeping helps you to recover your muscle. Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. If your age is between 14 to 17 then recommended amount of sleep is 8 to 10 hours, if you’re adult then 7 to 8 hours sleep is enough. 

8. Cheat meals

Cheat meal is like reward for those people who follow their diet strictly. It’s ok to have one meal in a week & according to psychology cheat meal once in a week will not harm your health and helps you to stay motivate.

9. Celebrate yourself

Be sure to reward yourself for all the hard work you put in. For example, treat yourself to a massage or a facial after 30 days of consistent exercise. Or, get that cool pair of sneakers that you’ve had your eye on after you’ve completed your first 5k race.
