Fitness is a complete solution for a perfect life. Physical Fitness  is something we should all strive for.  Physical Fitness  is important not only for medical reasons, but also  mental health reasons and for overall quality of life .  Physical Fitness  can be thought of as an integrated measure of most, if not all, the body functions (skeleton-muscular,psycho-neurological, cardio-respiratory, and endurance-metabolic) involved in the performance of daily  Physical Activity  or  Physical Exercise . Gathering Hunting   Premitive nomadic lifestyle (pre-10,000 B.C) required the continual task of hunting and gathering food for survival. Tribes commonly  went on one or two day hunting journey for food and water. This paleolithic pattern of subsistence pursuit and celebration, demanding a high levels of fitness and consisting of various forms of physical activity, defined human life.
